Our Mission
Mission:
To break the cycle of chronic mental health, trauma, suicide by providing accessible holistic tools, education in all communities, and advocacy around the country to make real changes in how we treat mental health, trauma and disease.

The Vision:
The statistics of trauma, suicide and chronic mental health and physical symptoms is down. Through the use of the 5 pillars and advocacy, we are able to make a ripple effect in our society and heal people fully.
Our Main Why’s
The statistics:
Read below, so many women and men are affected by trauma and mental health.
Healing is not Linear:
Many modalities out there treat one aspect of the person, but trauma affects the whole being.
Treating Symptoms:
We are living in a world where we are treating symptoms and band-aiding with drugs rather than getting to the root. We are creating a culture of reliancy.
Expensive:
Check out the first stat, we have a huge gap and are leaving many people behind.
WHY DOES ANY OF THIS MATTER - The Statistics
The average cost for residential treatment is $10,000-$15,000. The average cost of a visit to a therapist whether it be a counselor or a holistic therapist is $150-$200. Most holistic therapy is not covered by insurance.
In a study done by the National Crime Victimization Survey in 2016. reported: “People with household incomes of less than $7,500 reported a victimization rate of 4.8 incidents per 1,000 persons age 12 or older, which is 12 times the rate reported by those with household incomes greater than $75,000 (0.4 per 1,000)”
We have a hue gap; not to mention the stats below. Healing and advocacy are needed.
