Our services.

  • Retreats

    Retreats are focused on the 5 pillars and are 3-4 day sessions where groups gather together in a safe space and participate in consecutive days of deep healing. Counseling, holistic practices and of course fun are all incorporated. Individuals also walk away with tools to continue healing.

  • 1:1's

    Some individuals may not be ready for a group setting and that is okay. We work with individuals on a needed basis to build up their confidence and begin the healing. These sessions are specifically tailored.

  • Support Groups

    You saw the stats, people all over the world are suffering and not everyone has access to spaces they feel safe or resources for healing. This space is set up to build community, show individuals they are not alone, heal and more!

  • Programs

    We offer 4 week-12 week programs based on the 5 pillars. They are done in person and virtually. We meet every week and cover a certain topic. Individuals build beautiful relationships with themselves and others, heal, gain tools to heal, create forward movement in their lives and more. They are expected to show up weekly, do the homework and participate in 1:1 sessions throughout the program.

  • Trainings

    All over the US there are amazing organizations assisting victims of trauma. Some. do not always have all the tools to help individuals. We aim to bring training to make staff feel confident when working with these individuals.

  • Giving Back

    We aim to support individuals who do not have the means for this type of healing. We support shelters, prisons etc. Our love does not stop there we are looking to partner with animal rescue organizations and nature organizations to give back.

We have practitioners that we outsource for specific practices and really build our offerings as specific as we can for the most healing
