FREE Virtual Retreat for Trauma Survivors

This is a free, one-day, online retreat for survivors of mental, physical, sexual, and emotional trauma.

1 and 3 women have been sexually assaulted. 10,000 (Definitely more) people are impacted by abusive relationships every year. Trauma impacts more people than we know.

If you are someone who has been impacted this retreat will help you to start your healing journey, discover your patterns and begin empowering yourself. It's time to be you again.

> What will we be doing?
We will be mixing traditional and alternative therapies including Movement, breathwork, meditation, journaling, workshops, and more!

Each attendee will also be receiving a workbook to use for the day

Following the retreat, all attendees will be added to a Private Facebook group to stay in touch, continue healing and stay on track.

After the retreat, all attendees are also invited to attend 2 integration calls post-retreat to stay connected and on track.

We are a non-profit that wants to make holistic healing for those who have experienced trauma more accessible (Virtual) and free!

- Yoga Mat
- Space you are comfortable in and have space to move
- Comfortable clothes
- Water
- Journal
- Pen
- Food planned out for the day for our food breaks

> Who we are:
* The MotherTree Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to breaking the cycle of abuse and sexual assault through holistic healing, advocacy, and education. This year our goal is to provide holistic healing that is accessible to all to fully heal and empower individuals who have been affected by trauma.

* Natalie Onacki is a Holistic Coach trained in helping survivors of trauma recover and thrive. She believes that trauma affects the mind, body, emotions, spirit, and behavior - aka the whole being. By fusing traditional and alternative therapies she helps people to heal and become empowered. She ahs been working with trauma for over 6 years now and created the non-profit this year after testing out her programs for the past few years.
